Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Mube International Trading. By using our services or goods, you agree to these terms and conditions. We focus exclusively on business customers at home and abroad.

1. Business delivery

We supply only to companies, resellers, distributors and exporters. Private sales are excluded. All transactions are governed by commercial law and are aimed at B2B distribution.

2. Offerings and prices

Our offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. All prices do not include VAT, import duties, levies or logistics surcharges. No rights can be derived from printing or typing errors.

3. Orders and agreements

A contract is established after we have confirmed an order in writing or by e-mail. Verbal commitments are valid only after written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

4. Delivery and risk.

Deliveries are made from our warehouses in the Netherlands or through logistics partners. The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once the goods are transferred to the carrier. Delivery times are always indicative.

5. Payment

Invoices must be paid within the agreed period. In case of late payment, we will charge interest and any collection costs. In case of repeated non-payment, we reserve the right to block further deliveries.

6. Retention of title

All goods delivered remain the property of Mube International Trading until full payment is received. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to reclaim goods.

7. Return policy and complaints

We deliver in batches only. Returns are accepted only after written consent. Complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Upon agreement, we will offer a suitable settlement.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery. We shall not be liable for consequential damages, lost profits, delay or any other indirect damages unless intent or gross negligence is proven.

9. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. Force majeure includes natural disasters, pandemics, war, export bans, transport restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Applicable law and disputes.

All transactions with Mube International Trading are exclusively governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes we strive for a solution by mutual agreement. If this fails, it will be submitted to the competent judge in Limburg.
